ARGitct is headed by Anne R. Goulet, a seasoned Owner’s Rep, Architect, Designer, and self-professed Process Guru with 29 years of management and administration leadership. Her experience includes educational, institutional, cultural, residential, medical, commercial, retail, hospitality, and development projects. She has worked on new structures, renovations, historical restorations, master plans, product designs, and brand roll-outs located regionally, nationally, and internationally; and, she is familiar with a wide range of project funding and approvals models.

In 2013, Ms. Goulet established ARGitct, LLC, a strategic consultancy thru which she handles her Owner’s Representation and Project Recovery work. She also maintains a namesake architecture + design consultancy; and, she developed ASSET.™, a change management methodology specifically geared towards project takeover and restructuring. She also guest lectures on a variety of topics such as process theory, design management, risk reduction, and design psychology.

Prior to owning her own consultancy, Ms. Goulet worked for several award-winning companies, including Studio Sofield, The Stephen B. Jacobs Group, Cooper Robertson + Partners, Reese Lower Patrick & Scott, and Goodier Builders.

Ms. Goulet is licensed as an Architect in NY State. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Architecture from The University of Virginia, where she also studied Design Theory, Structural Engineering, and Materials Sciences, and a Master of Architecture from Yale University, where she also studied Management and Entrepreneurship. She is a past President of her Co-Op Board and a Past President and past Interim Executive Director of the University of Virginia Alumni Club of NY; and, she is a co-founder of "The Architect is IN," a Yale University alumni collaborative that provides one-day pro-bono professional consultations to non-profit organizations.

She is a member of several educational, cultural, and professional organizations, likes to study American cities and decorative arts, volunteers w/STEM students, is training for her Cal OES SAP (Safety Assessment Program) certification as a Second Responder, and enjoys animation, fashion, and being outdoors.
